Beauty Review: Dior Eyeshadow Pallette
I like natural makeup, so I tend to stick to browns and neutrals when I choose my eyeshadows. I know Urban Decay Naked palettes already give you every neutral colour you might need, but I was not happy with the quality of the Naked eyeshadow. Naked’s eyeshadows only stay on long if you use a primer. I don’t like using eye primer every single day, so I needed to buy a better quality eyeshadow palette that would last the whole day. That is why I bought this Dior eyeshadow palette.
Product: Dior 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette in Rosy Tan (754) $60/£35
Positive: Stays on for the whole day without eye primer. It has a subtle shimmer, that makes your eyes pop in a pretty and subtle way. It is also very compact and small, so you can put it in your make up bag and take it everywhere with you. This one came with a little manual, which had picture charts, teaching where to apply the highlighter, pink and the browns. I usually use the white/highlighter colour around my tear ducts and apply the browns around my crease.
Negative: The darkest brown has a red hue, which is not suitable for applying around the lower lashes. It is also quite expensive.
